You can witness the most amazing sunsets over the largest pool in Latin America. The “Lagoon” as it is known is an incredible playground for the young and old alike. There are sandy beaches with sun tanning areas and a walk in section of the pool. There are kayak and other paddle boat rentals as well as being pulled around by a Sea Doo, There is a fresh water section with water slides. Yes the lagoon is that big! Lets not forget about the large play ground with lots of climbing and sliding for all or the long walking path around it.
This is truly a couples and family paradise with all that Town Centre and Playa Blanca has to offer. There are several restaurants including Beirut for sitting down inside and enjoying a nice romantic dinner or choose authentic Italian pizza at the outdoor pizzeria. Something for everyone, I have even seen horse back riding with the locals for a small fee.
Playa Blanca is perfectly located on the beach with multiple all inclusive resorts around and on the property, like RIU, Wyndham and more. There is a new huge mall being constructed right now, less than 3 km away on the same road that will include a large grocery store, hardware and home decor store along with big pharmacy and house wares retailer. Not to mention all the smaller stores, services and restaurants.
Getting to and from Playa Blanca is easy with the new Scarlet Martinez Airport (RIH) just 5 minutes from the front gates. There are several international flights arriving and departing weekly. There is also Panama City just 90 minutes away with their international airport.
Having a place in the “Dry Arc” of Panama is definitely where you want to be! With substantially less rain fall then Panama City and most of the rest of the country for that matter but still close enough to go and view the locks of the canal.
